Показать описание
More interesting recipes with homemade almond milk:
Learn how to make any type of nut milk with Andoni Monforte. Different styles: "Northern Europe Style" and the "Mediterranean" one. Interesting trick to get for free extra half litre more. Demonstration using whole almonds to obtain a delicious homemade almond milk.
Method:
1-Soak the almonds overnight (or at least 2 hours)
2-Fill the Vegan Milker container with 1 litre of water
3-Put the almonds (and the sweetener if you wish) in the filtering glass
4-Blend the mixture with a hand blender for 2-3 minutes. Due to the large amount of tigernuts stored in the filtering glass the blender can eventually jam. If this happens, remove and re-insert slowly moving it in short up and down movements. (like milking a cow!!)
5-Once blended, leave it to marinate for 5 to 20 minutes.
6-Mix the pulp with a wooden spoon to begin the straining process. 7-When the pulp is quite dry, press gently using the Vegan Milker's mortar to squeeze out the last drops.
8-Keep the milk in the fridge for at least 8 hours in order to enhance the flavour.

ABOUT US
ChufaMix® is a little business with a big idea: a simple tool called Vegan Milker, which allows you to easily make plant milks, yogurt and vegan cheese from any nut, seed or grain, always keeping in all their nutritional properties.
In this channel and network you will find information about how to do any type of plant milks, how to ferment these into vegan yogurt and cheeses, how to gastronomically recycle the leftover pulp and many interesting articles on the history of plant milks, nutrition, food sovereignty …
We are lovers of the “living” or “fresh”, ie: drinks that are not treated with industrial pasteurization, homogenization processes, etc. We seek the original essence of the food, with all its minerals, vitamins, amino acids intact.
We want to convey how easy and inexpensive it is to make your vegetable milks simply, using local seeds which aids in driviving a more sustainable and sovereign consumption.
As a German plant milk consumer told us in Biofach Nuremberg:
“There are many machines that produce plant milks on the market, authentic Rolls Royces, but ChufaMix … ChufaMix are the wheels that makes the Rolls Royce come to life!”
We hope you enjoy this blog as much as we enjoy writing! And we also want to encourage you all to blog and share your own recipes created with our beloved Vegan Milker by ChufaMix.
