This law is good only as it gives motivation to low income earner in family. Incase of single income household, Even if netto reduces, we can get the same amount while filling tax returns right? Because we do combine tax return filing...

Its a great disadvantage, is there a way we can file petition to stop this ? this is not fair for families who have only single earning and spouse not working. So whatever extra we get in netto would also be reduced and in turn it effects in family expenses.
