A quick way to do this is to stealth near the door of the house and then run inside and aggro everyone and then die. Run back to the house as a ghost and to upstairs to the corner where the box is then resurrect. Interact with the box to unlock it and once the ques is completed, hearth back to safety and turn over the quest.

i cant unlock that, do i have to train pick locking or i have to find a key?
