Hitachi Seiki 3 NE 300 Problem HELP ! (Fanuc 6T)

To whom can help me,

I currently am having a problem with my machine, when I turn the machine on and write the program into it the spindle does not spin and the turret does not got to its home position. I foresee that this can be a electrical problem with the electrical board which is recorded on the video.

you cant command axis movement, nor turret mivement, before performing a zero return of both axes. also the chuck must be clamped (in agreement with the id clamping or od clamping selector switch). also check to make sure the machine lock switch on panel has not been turned on. I hope you figured it out by now. if so, what was it?

Doesn’t look like there is anything wrong with your machine, they are very simple & reliable, we used one 15 hrs a day for over 20 yrs with never any major faults

Brother I have same 6T machine. Machine is moving only with handwheel. No home. No jog. No mdi. Please help

Have you got the door closed switch wedged in position to tell m/c door is closed ?

Press cycle start. Check the drives and alarm codes.
