Since we will be using a hand plugger, there is always a chance of MTA material extruding beyond the open apex.
So, is there is any effects or outcomes in the surrounding tissues by the extruded materials?

May I ask u one doubt during calcium hydroxide placement we should put it into the canal apically as mta apical plug it simply place as dressing on the floor of the chamber in molars
