Richards childhood hits me so hard. I remember at the age of 6 almost 7 my mom moved out, and I thought the family was moving. We were all in tears. I go to my dads on the weekend every 2 weeks, and i mostly stay with my mom and step dad (and my brother, and my younger baby brother my mom and stepdad had, Mason.)

Everyone thinks Richard is a bad parent but I think not. Yes, he is a lazy person but it was bcs of his mother since she told him that she would do everything. But in some episodes he actually tried his best being a good dad. So many ppl hate this guy but I don't. He is a loyal father and husband as well.

I remember when I saw this episode when I was 9 years old, I felt very identified, and I thought that Richard, despite having been abandoned by his father like me, he loved his children very much and gave them what he did not have, the love of a father
