So far in the series they don’t know who their parents are- UNLESS cat actually knows his biological parents, which is against what he said in that episode

Nobody in my family has ever had fleas. Cat, if you had a family, why don't we ever see them in the series? CatDog's parents don't even appear until the season 4 episode The Great Parent Mystery.

I love how low CatDog’s voices were in S1. I don’t know why. Jim Cummings’s regular voice is just so nice to listen to and it makes Cat’s quips funny, and even when his voice is low, Dog just sounds so wholesome and sweet. Tom Kenny has a wonderful voice even when he’s not doing impressions.
