Bums me out when they talked about the mistakes interns make about being the right kind of quiet. I made pretty much all the mistakes they stated during my own placements lol. No wonder I never got hired. *sigh*

I love this talk but kind of wish there'd be more female and other racial representation. Just a couple of - very talented - white guys talking. Could be more interesting to represent 'people' more.
