Your Cleveland weather forecast from 3News Meteorologist Matt Wintz:

What a chilly day it has turned out to be with breezy lake winds under ample sunshine. Yes, we can expect the stable weather conditions to continue with a significant *cool* down expected this evening into the overnight.

Cool is a less than stellar word to use given that our National Weather Service office has issued a Frost Advisory across the vast majority of northeast Ohio. The advisory gives way to mid to upper 30s with feels like conditions in the low 30s overnight. Because of this, please remember that sensitive plants, outdoor plants, tropical plants may succumb to these conditions if not protected. A bit more of a livelihood is possible for your perennials as opposed to your annuals.

Come Friday, some rain and rumbles are to develop with a cold front sliding south and east into the region. An afternoon frontal passage is likely and that will cause some shower activity to linger into the night and first half of our Saturday.
