This is one of my favorite ones! Just the basics, exactly what you need. Nice and rustic looking, with that barnwood. Takes it further away from the skeptics' claim that Tiny Houses are just basically trailers or modulars made of wood-- this is much further from a modern box of plastic. It's a creation! Have a great life in and out of your barnwood nest!

That patio section is perfect for adding a Florida room type renovation. Frame up and roof with corrugated fiberglass sheets, lock in removable purple foam panels for the walls with window frames. Screen for summer put panels in for colder rainy weather and doubles living space at the same time. I love tiny home designs because theyre all easily modified and expanded with time and recognized needs.

Having a 10 foot versus 8 foot wide tiny makes such a difference. I get it is easier to move. This home is charming for sure, just think for others watching, to consider the option.

What a beautiful exterior with the barnboard and the rusting metal. I love the look. And with that spacious deck - soon to be even MORE spacious - under the trees, wow. What an idyllic situation. I live in Canada but drove through Tennessee on a bus many years ago and thought it was just the most beautiful state. Randy Jones is making life great for so many people. Mary, you have such a lovely, warm personality!

Yeah, it’s kind of funny. My wife wanted to build onto our house now that the kids are gone. This house is plenty big and it’s just under 2000 ft.² and we have an 850 ft.²
Deck on top of a mountain in California but your little shack looks great and I agree with you putting that deck around the side that’ll open that up so much . Quite amazing.
