PTS Ep. 162 - AverMedia Live Gamer Portable Review, Test, and Practical Uses

Chris recently purchased an AVerMedia Live Gamer Portable, which is a portable audio / video capture device. This device can be connected to various game consoles and PCs for the purpose of recording or streaming gaming footage. We are going to use this device to record tutorial videos, among other things.

We decided on a hardware based solution instead of software based on the idea that hardware would be more flexible. And while there is new / other hardware out there, we felt that this device was the best fit for our channel.
