Prometrium helps me sleep and helps calm my anxiety but I’m just too tired every day on it and dizzy. Also I have blurred vision with it. Hoping I can try and progestin soon that doesn’t make me so sleepy.

Progesterone has made my PMS so much easier, close to non-existant in some months. I was examined by an abundance of doctors until I was referred to an old university professor who specializes on female hormones. He took one look at my blood work and told me I had excessive estrogen and my progesterone couldn't keep up with it. He really saved me.

So you take the tablets that are supposed to be taken orally and insert them vaginally? They have been upsetting my stomach

Started taking it vaginally due to low mood then I had some cramping and bleeding.

How can I get done of this please? I take progesterone 100mg prescribed but I feel shocking on progesterone x

Does it protect the uterus while on estrogen?

I take 100mg of progesterone with no uterus, it doesn’t t make me sleepy anymore. Will it hurt if I keep taking it? I thought it was beneficial for my bones.

Why aren’t you just prescribing Bioidentical Progesterone? Or, is that the same thing?
