This is my family's comfort food. We call it "Italian Delight". I sneak veggies into the meat sauce - carrots or mushrooms - to give it that added nutrition. Adding a bit of 5 Spice Powder to the ground beef while frying...what a kick and warmth! We use less cheese as a personal preference, but I can still feel the love emanating from this dish!

My next Friday meal to last me till Sunday. I have everything except for ground beef

Reporting back: at March 11 on a Wednesday brunch 😭🤭 here in Sydney, well around where I live the ground beef is out of stock actually all good meat ...its been for 2 days now, so hopefully my friend who is traveling to another part of town will get me some...I can't believe everything is going out of stock just because of the virus. I heard that people are lining up just to stock and freeze their meats etc, I thought they were just after toilet paper, now even meat?

I guess the butcher shops would be ideal now...I was buying what I considered a great meat...I've been to many butchers, so please don't refer me one. Thanks! I'm aware butcher shops exist but they're far away sometimes and the only convenient you have is low, cause of people panicking. I bet their sales are off the roof!
