I’ve been having a blast with mine. Like you said feels like a tablet that I can swipe and play around with the waveform and badges. The panel controls are minimal, which gives more space for the massive touch screen. The control ring lights make it super easy to tell what channel I’m working on.

At the price point I chose the 2 series because I don’t like to fight my tools, and can stand behind the Tektronix brand. This scope is a winner and with upgrades and firmware updates will easily stay relevant 5+ years from now when it has paid for itself many times over in headache/frustration reduction.
