Too much water, way way too much! So you imagine fluidity will eliminate need to vibrate, then you have to amend with dry mix at the end, but you end up with very weak panels. And that oil is too much it floats in the mix, doesn't do it lots of good. Why not try a vibrator table and water-reducing admixtures instead? I call that bad practice.

which shuttering oil used ? I think that much oil may harm concrete strength

why is the mix so wet? That concrete will have very reduced strength.
