So Microsoft is Recalling 1 BILLION Windows PCs...each time they receive an update? When was the last time the media called a Windows update...a RECALL...other than never.

How many times has your phone been “recalled”? Probably never. But it gets software updates all the time, and you aren’t even aware of it. SAME with Teslas. You get a silent over-the-air software update and boom, problem solved without any awareness on your part. That is NOT a “recall.”
