I've been listening to this all week, every day and I gotta say that this version of Straight Street is ridiculously good. The best I've ever heard anywhere. Completely lucid playing. Brad could do a whole master class on this bit of solo starting around here 46:19

Such beautiful deliberation. Mehldau asks each chord as it's played: "You right?" Yeah, says the chord. I'm right. This is a fine trio. maybe in another ten years I'll be okay on the piano.
