OpenAI CEO Sam Altman: Global AI Regulation Shouldn't Be Overdone

Sam Altman, CEO of ChatGPT creator OpenAI, says lawmakers around the world should be cautious on regulating artificial intelligence. "I think global regulation can help make it safe, which is a better answer than stopping it," he says at the Bloomberg Technology Summit on Thursday.
