I hit 2m in Feb 2020, 3m in Dec 2020, 3.5m in Feb 2021 and now 2.9m in July 2021. It was def going hyperbolic for about 6 months so this correction needed to happen hopefully to avoid a crash although that may happen too. Good luck out there!

Thnx for doing good dd on the Blackrock and Fidelity fears, very informative. I think the Evergrande crisis in China is much larger than than just Evergrande though. A bigger issue is how the tech industry in China has been decimated. Jack Ma is a good example.

Yeah unfortunately things do not look good. Market is trading at too high of evaluations while the global economy is slowing. Energy crisis looming, exports stuck at ports, evergrande has not settled yet, employment low, pandemic issues, etc. I believe we already saw market all time highs and will continue to trade lower

3333 HK over 80% was owned by insiders, and the price chart is heavily manipulated and probably should not be used for any meaningful analysis.

It’s not just evergrande. Soho is also having issues. Chip shortage problems. Chip manufacturer purchases blocked. Largest national chip project failed. Natural disasters. Etc. there is more than one dominoe. Not to mention some US banks are leaving their evergrande exposure off there reports.

You are joining dots that dont exist. Market botton in tbe SPX occured due fiscal stimulis. So if you want to retroactively see a double botton in Evergrande then this assumes a rescue package has been implemented it won't bottom simply because a few hopefuls looking at a stock chart ...its more like market reaction after the fact

Stocks are pulling back. However, the real estate where I live in the Northeast is not pulling back at all. In fact, the two rental properties I just put a bid in on sold for 5% higher than the asking price, which already exceeded the market valuations. Not optimistic about real estate pulling back in some regions until the Fed decides to increase rates.

Even a market crash provides a dip opportunity if you’re patient, research and buy carefully. The point is to buy at the bottom and sell high. Eventually the market always comes back and the buyers with testicular fortitude are going to win.
