It is not the individuals who are in the posts, but it is the policies, commitments, implementations as per established parameters, that matters in the governance of any party.

But unfortunately failure of BJP in the implementation of their own policy is causing displeasure among masses.
It promised to eradicate corruptiin, but BJP itself has become a center for all corruption in India.
Banks and IT dept have become big manipulators to loot public money and became bankruptcy. No accountability. No answer to any questions raised by individuals, media and opposition. Not to answer to them is the answer from govt.
Black money is another slogan of BJP but even one lakh crore black money has not been unearthed so far. During demonetisation it said lakhs of crores black money will come out. But only balance 9 thousand crores was said to have came out. It is estimated by BJP itself that an amount of 70 to 80 lakhs crores black money is there in the country. Shah commission was appointed to unearth the money. But afterwards there is no information as to what happened to that commission and black money.
Setting up of small scale industries and providing employment is another slogan. But unemployment reached 45 years high.
No improvement in exports and village industries.
No state unit is working effectively to encourage BJP working or any organisational efficiency is extracted from the cadre and all are waiting for PM's orders nobody is free or capable of making innovative methods. All the BJP cadre has become a deadwood just like all govt departments are made ineffective.
No encouragement to industrialisation and no action on those who are working against running works and cancellation of contracts in progress like in AP. PPAs has become a big issue and international community expressed dismay at these cancellation of contracts. But no action. Polavaram works stopped, bandar port works cancelled, capital city works stopped in AP but no action by center.
This is how center is discouraging industries, projects. Wornlking people list work and no wages. But center is observing as if AP is not in India.
In such a condition what BJP can improve its cadre and creativity in them to champion the progress and for further improvement of GDP and employment.
Here what I want to project is BJP is not that party to perform the above parameters but it plays politics for its advantage through other undemocratic ways mixing with bank money looters, mining ore looters like Gali, jagan and encourages bankrupt businessmen like anil ambani. But there is no encouragement to robust, dynamic investment pullers who are proved to bring lakhs of crores to India. But they are looked down and not allowed to function and put aside. It shows that nobody should be more competitive and aggressive than BJP. At the same time BJP proved not competent to do so the highest unemployment lowest GDP, high inflation reflects their incompetency.
So a party which gives importance to it's cadre upliftment through management skills etc. will produce competitors. But there is no such encouragement in BJP hence change of leaders in states will not make any difference. Same e deadwood like departmental heads. No governance, no administration, all are sleeping, nobody knows economics are the comments from BJP MP and Minister.
