I tried it out in the Vivo store (I live in China), and I wasn't all that impressed by it. Then again, I didn't try the camera, as they'd said it was 13MP, and I figured it wouldn't be much different than relative MP cameras out there. 

The sound was alright, though I wasn't really blown away by it the way I have been by the Oppo Find 7 (2K screen variant), but I'm pretty sure they're both the same company, so the internals are pretty close. 

Either way, it's cool to see that you're so taken by it, and when I walk past their stores again, I'll give the camera a shot. 1.8 aperture is really quite ridiculous (in a good way), so now I'm intrigued. 

If you get the chance, give the Meizu MX4 a shot, its got a great camera (stunning actually), excellent sound, and is just a really nice phone, all around. 

Thanks for the review of this phone, it's neat to hear other peoples' perspectives on devices.

Holy cow, that is a really nice looking device! If I wasn't broke and already sorta mentally promised to Windows10 for phones (yeah I'm a windows phone user...though sometimes I feel like the only one lol). I am however turned off by the fact it's running 4... I mean, it looks amazing, and FunTouch looks fun. It's just that I am really attracted to Material Design as well....
