Where’s the app that allows customization of the sound?

I bought the T20s the other day and have been using Beats budz and Beats flex for the past two years, Gotta say I've been pleasantly surprised by the Tozo T20's great sound.. also having the wireless charging is a bonus.. I've never been one to regard the unboxing as an "experience" but it was well boxed..done it's job.. In fact I was that impressed by them I went and bought the T21's as well.. all in all both are brilliant earphones.. great app too.. Good job Tozo.. new fan here..😎👍

Great piece btw for the price! Got 2 questions:
1) Noise cancellation feature is always truned on or can i control it?
2) Is it normal that i hear myself when i am talking and wearing both earbuds or one of them?

I just received my T20s. Sound is great, but when I talk with someone, they say it sounds like I'm in a tunnel.
How can I fix this?
