For anyone new, I just started the camo grind 2 days ago, and I’m already on the 10 special kill camos, it’s better to extract in the orange level 2 zone, you can kill 5 special enemies with each call of the helicopter, I got a gun done in 2 calls once, which let me extract at 41 minutes 31:35 (this camo) hopefully this helps

27:37 instead of running around inside the Infested Stronghold waiting for the Mimic to spawn. If you drive around just outside the door and circle the building while beeping the horn then go to the front of the building they usually spawn and are charging outside

For those who didn't know, PHD Flopper negates damage from the gas in nests.
Also for the KB Inhibitor, watch the amount of XP you get per shot. It's 20 XP per kill so if you get 60 or more XP then you know you got the 3 kills with that shot.

@7:41 fun fact if you are playing with a party and you want to do the outlast with infinite zombie spawns but your other squad mates want to do other contracts all you have to do is start the outlast contract get it above 50% and then find the spawn. Once you are all setup you can cancel the contract and as long as you don’t leave the area the zombies will keep infinite spawning

Helpful hint for spore. Once you are able to kill the spore remove the spore inhibitors, you don't have to worry about shooting them.

also at 9:00 if you get on top of the little building in the middle all the zombies will constantly jump up from where the ladder is so the only thing you have to do is hold the trigger button down and reload

Update for Serpentinite: After season 1 launch, even low tier zone exfils spawn like 5 or more manglers per exfil and they made the exfils to spawn back faster again

For Disciples there is a Garuanteed one in the tier 1 zones by going after the “pawn” spawn in the top right corner of the map. As well shooting a spore will cause multiple zombies to spawn including as time goes on manglers disciples and Mimics. You don’t need to destroy most of em only one is needed in my experience

Quick tip for outlast contracts.
Cancel contract at 99% complete and it's an infinite spawn of zombies. Definitely want your weapon at least PaP 1 in tier 1 or PaP 2 in tier 2. I still prefer PaP 2 in tier 1 and PaP 3 in tier 2. An extra self revive doesn't hurt either unless you're you're a squad

The aether tools are easy to find if you do an Aether nest or Infected Stronghold (especially on zone 2/3) but yes the level of rarity is RNG. Been getting tons of legendary tools by doing aether nests in Zone 3

While playing I found that if you have PhD Flopper, it makes you immune to the hellhound fire. This is useful because you can then stand in it and have zombies swarm you, and they can't hit you while taking damage from the fire, which really helps with point blank kills

Another tip, if you’re grinding by yourself and don’t have a self res going in, think about taking Aether Shroud as your field upgrade. Just in case you screw up, you hit it and you won’t die. Has saved me from wasting insured slots or waiting for a random to come pick me up

For 50 mercenary kills you can also do aether extract, and defender ground contract that'll spawn mercenaries

Pro tip: You can cancel the outlast contract and the zombies will still unlimited spawn in. Just stay near the building that the crystals are in 🎉
