Sir after announcing dividend koi reason bhi reasonable nahi consider Kiya jaye ga for not paying dividend. Jese last example 30 mein fire aik reasonable condition nahi hai to avoid dividend???

Sir, consequences of delay in payment to an individual shareholder par apply HOTA hai. Ya all share holder par.
No offence shall deemed to be committed mein single shareholder ko dividend pay nahi ho raha na??? Jo company withheld kar rahi hai?
