200 degrees do not cook the quail in 40 minutes. Please specify C or Fareinheight? If Fareinheight, the temp should be higher. I cooked my quail at 200 Fareinheight, and the birds were not cooked. I had to put the quail back in the oven and cooked on a higher temperature.
