Surprisingly Wholesome Moment [My Friendly Neighborhood]

My Friendly Neighborhood is a deceitfully charming indie horror game, and this is a funny moment I had from my full playthrough.

In this video, I'll be playing through the game as Gordon, a repairman sent to get to the bottom of the disturbing dilemma that something scary is happening with everyone's favorite Saturday morning puppet show, The Friendly Neighborhood!

This is why I just love My Friendly Neighborhood. Every big puppet threat that you come across has a way to calm them through kind gestures.
Giving Pearl her eyes, the heartfelt talk with I think it was Chompette, and going to feed the dogs.

Then at the end after doing all of this optional work you get the best ending where Gordon gets the show airing again and actually has a good time.
It's stuff like this that makes MFN different from other mascot horror games, and I'm glad it's a part of it.

This is why I like this game.
It's such a rarity to have a game that lets you help the monsters, and have them become your friends.

This is one the games that surprisingly amazing. I first thought “oh, classic cartoon horror” and expected it to be something like poppy playtime or the banban games.

I did not expect it to really tug at my heart strings. Honestly one of the top games for me.

I actually really like this game - I love how the puppets really are sweet and innocent, and even the violence you use against them is more about pacifying them then hurting them.

I found those glasses, but had no idea what to do with them, until I saw a poster of the bird that had those same glasses on them. I remember the bird didn't have them and thought, could I? I didn't even realize the bird was blind before that and was terrified of even getting close to it. When she was eating garbage I put them on her face... then she glitch teleported to the other side of the set.

That is more of wholesome than adorable. The dialogue was cut but that is honestly a very wholesome moment. I think there are more wholesome moments like these everytime you help these "monsters"

This game is so sweet, I love the ending and the morals to death, I cried like twice in the ending
