So, did anyone else see the opening car accident scene and think--Ah, like Elena going off of Wickery bridge? (She then becomes a vampire, and is thus immortal. The lightening thing is an equally plausible cause of immortality, however.)

Well William Was Right After all, The comet Della C 1981 finally did return. A half Century late, But as Bright and Magnificent as he had predicted. This Movie is a Total Heartbreaking Masterpiece, WHen William Remembered Adaline I got Goosebumps. Remember One thing guys, Immortality is not a Gift. Its a curse. I am happy that Adaline Now ages.
