I have exactly the same phone, and exactly original Clear view cover. After just over a month use I discovered that the dirt that has fallen between the Clear view cover plastic windows and the phone screen has left scratches. Similar problems have been on the S6, Samsung claims that they have corrected the error in the S7 which is not true. Have been in contact with Samsung-Sweden and they refuse to repair damage to the warranty. I am totally disappointed that I have bought Clearview cover because I know if I had not had my phone it had been free of scratches.

Is the interactive cut-out just a hole and when you touch it your fingers are directly touching the screen or is it a layer of thin plastic that you touch. If it is a layer of plastic does it protect the phone at all?

Question: Used to have a case like this but it was really annoying on the note 4 because as soon as my finger went over the proximity sensor, the phone would lock due to having this enabled. If you put your finger over the sensor, does it lock? Or will the screen only lock when the case is closed. thanks!

Was disappointed with the s-view case on S7 versus my older Note 4's s-view case. Note 4 had more functionality with a subset of options on the left including s-health, flashlight, and more. Not just 2 apps.
