Clean Power Alliance Notice for net metering customers : SCE will cash out / bill you for your credits and you may not like the timing so you may want to opt out ASAP before they true up and convert you. It is likely you need to opt out before they convert your MEM Net Metering Account. We are not sure about the Grandfathering of the Time of Use Rates. So much is uncertain. Better to just opt out and watch what happens to others.

As long as you are producing more than you use over the year you should not be impacted, correct?

Just saw this video as of 8/23/2019. I am still a confused consumer, I do not have solar yet. If I am to get solar now, will I still have the same plan as yours? or I will be in the the Clean Power alliance? in other word is what can you tell us for people just planning to get solar now. thanks
