Remote Sensing in ArcMap Tutorial 2: Adding Data to an ArcMap Document

i have a question. after adding the data to arcmap, how can I get the pixel value for reflectance?? as their are several wave lengths. how can I get those values for a certain area that I can use them in my calculations later.
