When I watched the first PR reviews, i didn't understand why every beauty guru was so pleased with it, but I thought I was too pretentious about it. Now, the people that ordered the products with their own money are finally getting their orders shipped and almost all reviews are bad. So this left me wondering, did celeb influencers receive better products than paying customers?

Finally a honest review, i feel like people were being biased cause they like her as a celebrity but since i saw the packaging i knew it wasnt going to be good, hopefully her second launch is better.

Not gonna lie, when I first saw the green highlighter- I seriously didn't think it was THAT bad...but then you showed us the picture you took, and oh-my-god. I've never widened my eyes so fast! That looks insane.

I’m a huge fan of hers too and this is the first celebrity line I ever cared to purchase. The liquid eyeshadow made my eyelids burn within the first 20 min of wear. The mascara flaked in a way no other mascara ever has. And the effect I got from the highlighter was similar to my $8 Kiko highlight. I will say, when I requested a refund it was given to me quickly and I appreciate that part. Overall, I’m so disappointed and I hope she learns from her mistakes for her next endeavor. Still love her.

you can tell this brand was rushed just for cash grab and competition. Y’all save ur money don’t try it. Many people came out and said how horrible their skin became after using rem Beauty. Stick to your old makeup brand ❤️

I think that REM is doomed to fail. Ariana has better things to do than maintain a cosmetics brand and I don't see many more launches in the future. It's a cash grab, one that I doubt is worth the effort for her. Same as Lady Gaga, she'll end up coming out with releases alongside her music, like it's nothing more than another branch of merch. Celebrity launches can only succeed in 1 of 2 ways: either be iconic, or a makeup staple. Fenty is iconic, brands like Rare Beauty are becoming staples in consumers routines. REM Beauty is neither of those.

If you can't return them, perhaps donate them to a women's shelter. I know you said that in good faith you wouldn't be able to give these to someone but I promise you women in shelters would be more than happy to be able to have makeup to use for job interviews or just to make them happy. As a former resident of a women's shelter I can confidently say many women would appreciate just having products to use when you can't afford to buy them. I stooped to some real lows, like buying used makeup in a box from someone on the street because I was so sick of not having any. products just used once that can easily be sanitized, are much safer 🥰👍 just food for thought. This was a great beautifully put together video, you are beautiful/radiate confidence and I truly enjoyed listening to you and your opinions 💕 subbed for sure ✨

Thank you for this fully honest review of trying out the products longer than a first impressions. The lip stain dried out my lips so bad that they are still recovering from using it says after. I noticed too how hard it was to work with the eyeshadows and was shocked nobody said anything about how hard it is to use them! Truly disappointed in Ariana Grande, she’s my favorite celebrity and she could have done so much better :/

I think this is more down to your own personal preferences, I bought REM beauty and loved all of it and found it to be nicely pigmented and fun to use

Thank you for being so honest. It's nice coming from someone who's actually a fan and not someone who's trying to kiss her ass or already hates her. I'm experimenting + waiting for a few more products to arrive but I could understand your criticisms. I agree about the lip stain. I was SO disappointed with it and it's already starting to feel like it's drying out - it's weird. Also, how do you like the rem perfume? I've been debating buying it.

Thank you for being honest, when I saw beauty gurus reviews they were extremely fair and biased like please just be honest, if it’s not good quality and something you wouldnt sell to us don’t recommend it and make us buy something with our hard earned money. It just made me so mad how disingenuous they were when I saw with the my own eyes how bad cheap quality the makeup was on them

The beauty of living in Italy is that the shipping and customs for things only available in the US is so high that I give up on most makeup unless I've done 3 months worth of research and am sure I really really want it. So I won't get this anyway lol.

That's a shame that Forma gave REM a formula worse than Morphe's. lol. I'm sorry that you and your friend had a horrible experience, though it did make for a very entertaining video! :D
