I was at the hospital about 5 months ago, and the triage nurse asked me what gender I identify as. I asked if she was a real nurse, and she said yes. I replied "get me someone who understands biological science" and then I saw her type F and move on to the nest question. Every time someone in a medical field asks me what gender I identify as, I'm going to say "I have standards, find me a medical professional that is grounded in biological reality."

Make them feel like idiots, for acting like they don't know.

The answer is yes.

I received a form letter from a major medical institution in Boston saying that they supported gender identities and any patients that disrespect such identities would be asked to find medical services elsewhere.

As a nurse at a large academic hospital, I 100% verify this. It is scary. I have seen this movement for diversity reduce the standards for who gets into nursing school and who gets hired.

A couple years ago when my wife was pregnant in California, every time I took her to Kaiser, they would make me wait in the waiting room while they asked her if she was safe. This is there standard practice apparently. I don't pay 1000 bucks a month for this kind of indignity. I asked the doctor if she would like the school to make her wait when she dropped her kids off every day while they asked them if their mother beat them.

After our pediatrician asked our 3 year old if she was a girl or a boy, and told us that they are socially transitioning another 3 yo in his practice, we left that city and moved to a more rural area. Once here, I looked for a pediatrician's office that had doctors from cultures where they don't brook this kind of thing (Africa and Middle East). They have been great so far, but we are still leaving the country b/c I can't handle the fact that the entire medical establishment would willingly and enthusiastically trans my kids without a second thought.

I'm chronically ill and have been in the medical system for 10 years. The Wokeness in the medical system really took off post-COVID. It does a huge disservice to EVERYONE seeking care, honestly. The gender stuff that promotes erasure of biological sex is endangering people and the refusal to disclose sex is also hurting trans people as well, because doctors need to your biological sex PLUS what kind of hormones you may be on to make the transition possible, as that may influence medical treatment differently than someone of your biological sex who is nit taking hormones.

I've even heard stories of doctors no longer WEIGHING children or PREGNANT WOMEN opting out of being weighed because it is traumatic or not body-positive. Using weight as a sole metric of health is a dangerous paradigm, but it is still a TOOL we need to assess one facet of health!

During the height of the pandemic, supplies and treatments were running low, and certain blue-state hospitals decided to ration their care and intentionally put POC to the front of the line to "combat racism.". How is that medically ethical?

The best part about all this Woke ideology is that they supposedly support oppressed minorities, and using their logic and definitions of power structures, disabled people are actually more oppressed financially and socially than any other identity group of people. Yet during the worst days of the pandemic and since, nobody in the Woke political sphere did anything to protect or assist disabled people, and in some. cases trampled on them to promote the "in" groups of Woke ideology concerning race and gender stuff. It's such a failed modality and absolutely does not belong in medicine.

I worked in the fitness industry for 15 years and took my level 3 PT/Advanced trainer qualification. The anatomy and physiology exam was much harder than the level 2 qualification and I sat it three times. After passing, I asked a colleague how he got on with the anatomy and physiology exam. He told me he didn’t have to sit it, instead he had to deliver a one hour PowerPoint presentation on equality and diversity.
