For anyone who doesn't understand why she said this is because she was one of the five children murdered at the infamous family restraunt taking the name of Susie so she says that because "Isabel" (As the kid name revealed in the video) wasn't murdered and never suffered to at at the infamous Restraunt.named "Freddy Fazbears pizza"!

What this tells me is that it’s been a while since Susie’s death within the Chica suit.

Apparently, the souls mature over time, and she appears to be in some sort of stereotypically teenager-like state. Definitely been a few years.
