A Pakistani rape victim says she has been forced to seek justice after the rapists filmed and released the video of the act online.

The reason she didn't tell anyone is because in countries like these if a girl is raped, her and her family's honour as well as their reputation is "ruined". It's really sad.

To everyone who is talking about what BBC did or did not cover:

Can we be human for once? This is about a human being who
suffered horrendous, inhumane physical and mental torture and has to relive it all over again and again. For once think of her as a human being and make this about her and not some narrow minded political agenda. Yes I understand the many similar crimes happens all over the world including my country (US – may be lot more than what we come to know about etc.), but NONE of those make the pain and suffering of this person any less. If you are unable to relate to that just put yourself in her shows (yes guys I am talking to you all) and it may be worth something if we can even remotely relate to the level of her sufferings. What does it matter who covered what when and why, for now this is the event we are looking at…please for once can we be a little humane – is that too much to ask?

Mohammad gave right to women to do work, he married a woman who was a trader . He gave women right to speak in important matters . He would consider his wives and daughter's suggestions. He told women to get an education and his wife Ayesha is best example who also became scholar of Islam. He said best men are those who are best to their wives . He declared paradise is under a mother's feet. He said women have parts in their fathers' properties. And he gave women these rights when baby girls were burried in Arabia when they were born . He told people not to bury their daughters because woman are not disgrace but mercy of Allah and whoever has atleast 3 daughters and takes care of them, he will surely go to paradise . He basically gave woman their right to live . Every country has good and bad people, there are people who satisfy their lusts by committing crimes and then using religion as shield.It's not just problem of Pakistan or India but western world is influenced by rape more . No religion allows rape. No religion has anything to do with human greed . It's the person to blame .And Allah says that if something is done against him, it's upto him whether he will forgive the person or not but if something is done against another person then untill the person doesn't forgive the criminal, Allah will also not forgive him .
