Fantastic composition! I never heard anything like that before :) It's good to see that there are still very creative and talented artists out there.

This is pretty much what I want in my power metal. The closest I've heard to it is probably either Pathfinder or Rhapsody of Fire, in particular in the song the Wisdom of the Kings. Although I love heaviness in metal, I prefer the judicious use of complexity.
