This is a hidden Gem ..very few ppl know about it.I was sitting at the banks of Ganga river 21 yrs back and the sounds of these mantras filled the surroundings coming from a small shop nearby .. i was mesmerized..it was too divine..i ran to the shop and got hold of the cassette ...since then its a part of my life..i listen to it everyother day.. i cant live without it .
Those who know, know how addictive it is for ur nervous system .

I listened to this to calm down and stop my contractions when i was pregnant with twins. I had to make it to 36 weeks or they would not be strong enough to breath. I say to the nurses watch, and put on my head phones and they would stop!!! I made it exactly to 36 weeks. My boys are men now! Thank you Ravi and George Harrison and all the other talented folks!!!❤❤❤
