Sweden has pretty nice traditional dishes
For example Smörgåstårta which is like a cake with shrimps and other sea food, they have kräftskiva when they eat a lot of crawfish, they have semlor which is traditional Swedish dessert, they have sill which is pickled herring, they have surströmming which is one of the worst foods out there but is is trsditional in Sweden, also some "normal" things like meatballs etc.
Swedish cuisine is actually pretty good

Im swedish, our national dish is mashed potatoes and meatballs with lingonberry jam (yes, the stuff you gett at Ikea) we also enjoy beer, salmon and other varieties of fish.
