These shoes were a lucky find, I do not know what they are called. I recommend high tops, but everyone is different. You just have to try a couple different styles and see what works best for you :)

Great routine!!!  I was hooked at the first movement!  I a zumba instructor and I will tell you I am using this in my class next week (hope you don't mind!)...have made a couple of subtle changes but totally love this routine!
