Yes, it is a "Pak with a full twist" and its name's Bhardwaj, performed originally e homologated by Mohini Bhardwaj, an American gymnast.

Anyone else really hate the way she does her toe on circles? She does the same thing as Kyla Ross where she puts one foot on the bar at a time and idk it just looks so unpleasing to the eye in my opinion.
