They do taste like chicken.. I mean, it's technically a light meat. Sometimes without seasoning, things like tuna fish can taste no different from canned serated chicken. Frogs just have this hint of.. other flavor to it which at first I loved but then a couple exposures later, I'd decided.. nah.
