I'm so glad Dan Miller is still the Detroit radio guy. He survived 0-16 and is now announcing this.
lol I remember during 0-16, when his play-by-play would devolve into 'Oh man...oh man...' and you'd picture him sitting in the booth with his head in his hands.

I'm surprised the Patriots didn't bring in a mentor to help Mayo partway through the season. Maybe a Bruce Arians or a Frank Reich or a Ron Rivera to act as an assistant for Mayo. Not someone to take over but someone to give Mayo a seasoned, non-Belichick perspective.
Now they are back at square 1, rolling the dice.

Bo Nix also broke Peyton Manning's franchise record for completion percentage in a game.

Talking heads proclaim how hard it is to win at Ford Field. The Lions' only 2 losses were at home. It's difficult to be the Lions ANYWHERE, but it can be done.

Washington already had the 6 seed so if they won there was nothing the Packers could do. I'm not sure Greg knew this.

You guys wanted more for the Bengals than they wanted for themselves. Guess how they could have gotten into the playoffs outside of your wishing for it? Win games. Please focus on the teams that worked to get in the playoffs. They deserve the air time.

Let’s be honest, Mayo was a legacy hire by Robert Kraft. I.E he didn’t want to be the owner that never hired a black head coach which would tarnish his legacy to some degree just based on how society treats these matters.

I think to some degree that might’ve been why Arthur Blank did what he did as well. They want to be viewed a certain way in history.

Nothing against Mayo or Morris, just an observation of prideful owners who probably think about legacy quite a bit.

Does anyone else notice how claybon routinely mixes up players on both teams? I'm pretty sure Anzalone didn't blast Gibbs sunday night... it was van ginkel... every time I do a double take. I feel like I've heard all three of them do it. They should just start aggressively correcting each other instead of being awkwardly quiet.

Pats are gonna get Ben Johnson. Vrabel is the backup plan

Its like watching Around the NFL with just the Rosenthal segments. How depressing. 😢

Or maybe, Greg, it had nothing to do with race and he was just a BAD HEAD COACH!

The only reason Mayo got that job was because of DEI. It was absurd that Vrabel being on the market didn't get it. The guy with actual head coaching experience.
