This is what you were looking for! Delicious quick crumbly pastry without a hassle! The pastry becomes flaky, crispy and delicious even without dairy, eggs or yeast! You don’t need great baking skills, it’s super easy to make! You can make your own filling or you can try this juicy vegetable filling! It’s a great option for a lunch or a family meal. Enjoy cooking & eating!
Dough:
• 300g flour
• 100ml water
• 80ml vegetable oil
• 1 full tbsp tomato paste
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2tsp baking powder
Filling
• 1 big courgette
• 2 small or 1 big aubergine
• 2 carrots
• 2 red peppers
• 150 g mozzarella
• 150 g graviera
• 150 g ricotta
• 1 tsp paprika powder
• 1 tsp nutmeg
• Salt , pepper
Bake at 180° C for 50min
26*26cm baking tray
Let it cool down before serving and ENJOY!
