I was on a cruise and on the midnight buffet table was a container of Osetra caviar as shown in the video. I had tried the caviar sold in grocery stores and did not care for its fishy and salty taste but the presentation alone revealed that this was high-quality caviar. I served a bit on my plate along with some water crackers. I guess I'm a caviar person because I really enjoyed the taste and understood the hype about it! It wasn't fishy, but "oceany" in flavor, and had a pleasant texture as the eggs ruptured while chewing them straight or on crackers. It has the buttery notes as described by most and had notes of black currant but with only a bit of sweetness. Throughout the buffet barely anyone else tried the caviar so I helped myself to much of it. None of us had any alcohol drinks, due to them being expensive, but the next morning I woke up with a "salt hangover" from all of the caviar. Not fun.

I've had it with Champagne and a different kind with Sushi. I didn't really mind the taste 🙌

Never understood people who enjoy eating
Ive seen it in movies and books but I don't enjoy it myself. It's basically fish eggs. I find it extremely unappealing. It also smells strongly of fish. I'd rather smell a bouquet of roses then a tin full of Caviar. Roses smell better. However, i do like salmon and fish sticks with tarter sauce on them. I actually enjoy eating salmon. Salmon is actually delicious. Tried making my own salmon once and it tasted alright. I also enjoy eating Sushi. For anyone wondering i like California Rolls.

I like the small black Cavier or the very tiny red. But those big red one no no no.

I am not a big caviar fan of caviar but I do not hate it. I do like caviar on sushi, though.

Fried fish eggs/roe Way! better than caviar. mho. Caviar kinda like an anchovy thing, sometimes you just need salt add to pizza lol!
