This is the best fusion rifle. Scatter Signal is a strand rapid fire fusion rifle that gets overflow. Picking up special or heavy ammo will overflow it’s magazine up to 16 shots which is crazy on a fusion rifle. It also gets controlled burst to increase the damage of every shot as long as you don’t miss. So every shot does more damage and you can shoot it a lot before you have to reload. And since this is strand, you can pair it with ad clear exotics like sunshot, trinity ghoul, or graviton lance. This is a really good weapon for majors and champions and against bosses this is a really strong sub-DPS option too.

For boss DPS it pairs nicely with Dragon’s Breath exotic RL.

it's basically a special ammo pulse rifle if you focus all your perks into charge up time as well

i wish the eremite will make a comeback. Solar + envious + reservoir is an insane combo, almost too good to be true.
