The track is called 'Scapa Flow' by Puressence. It was played on Peel's show on 25th September 1992. Peel mistakenly called the track 'Siamese', but in fact was the b-side tune called Scapa Flow.

The title could possibly be "things have changed" or "strike/smite me dead" ?? Also most of the tracks from the linked source came from John Peel's 19th September/30th May 1992 shows, so the mystery track probably aired on one of those days. I'm almost certain it was aired in 1992. Also despite what the wiki says I don't think this is a female-fronted band. It sounds like a younger man singing to me tbh.
