I can’t seem to add my daughter who is 11 to my account and get her readings or measurements. The scale does not recognise when she stands on the scale. And when I try to set up the app in her account it does not allow because she is under 16!

Withings, I've just logged two support tickets to do with Health Mate corrupting my data, no one in Withings Support is taking me seriously. Do you really expect me to pay for a subscription service when you can't even get the free one right?

The scales wont work without a app. That crashes so you can't finish the setup and There by not use the product!
Just wasted $150 in total with shipping and there is'nt any support at all!

This is all nice and good, but how is the scale supposed to measure my whole body composition with just the foot sensors? My Huawei Scale 3 Pro has hand sensors as well so the electricity can course through my whole body, not just my lower body.
