The best solution that I am sure about working effectively is :
1) Press the third option
(Connect with MiAssistant)

2)Put the phone in charge
3)Dont do anything else and wait for arounf 5 minutes maximum
4) Voila, your phone would restart by itself to the actual lock screen.

Phone apne ap recovery mode par Chala gya hai aur sahi Kar the hai toh safe mode par jaa raha hai aur reboot Kar the hai toh for recovery mode par Chala ja Raha hai
