All about this Session:
Dr. Andrew Pucker, a practicing optometrist, researcher, and educator, begins by explaining a little about the need for myopia control worldwide. He talks briefly about the different management options available as follows
1. Atropine (04:45)
2. Multifocal Contact lenses (06:42)
a. MiSight (06:42)
b. NaturalVue (07:50)
c. Biofinity (08:55)
d. Intelliwave PRO (10:37)
3. Orthokeratology (11:30)
Next, we review a series of cases to understand the day-to-day practice of a myopia control clinic.
1. Case 1 – MiSight Contact lenses (14:07)
2. Case 2 – Orthokeratology (24:50)
3. Case 3 – Biofintiy (31:38)
Lastly, Dr. Pucker summarizes the talk with take-home points from the talk. The session ends with a question and answers segment for the live audience.
