thats an animation canceling that only can happen in the end of the ult, its just a weird interaction of the ult when it ends. if im not mistaken you can do it when u do a normal engage combo of e, r, f, q. Its not something u usually would use like boxbox did but to engage its a really good way of hard ccing

you can do similar thing with hexflash (click hexflash>3rdQ>gore+W or anything actually)
