So moonlight a new highlighted topic of the year, In every case there is some positive and some negative, ,Which ever prevails take the argument in that direction .For me moonlight in Indai is new topic on Toto as it was prevalent only in wester country and other countries.I think India should peak into this topic and make certain laws which will help the people to put forth his skill other then the job he is doing. If government start doing all these good things then "desh naii uchayo to phuchega"..Even the balance of work should be there, because it is not only the livelihood of the person who is earning but also the people whom he is working for that should not be compromised.(consumers).

At present India have a huge population, with about 70% of the population between the 15-64 years age bracket. India has been a glorious past with flourishing culture, economy, and resources that is we have been losing, due huge population in our country, here we have limited resources, to fulfil our needs. The world is in the chaos of demographic imbalance, in somewhere population is low and somewhere is high as .aspected.Demographic dividend brings huge changes in the economy of the country, it explores the potential of the individual, but that is in limited windows where, if country's used in the right direction it results into advancements In the economy, if goes wrong it will become devastating for them. The population has a different aspects, some positive and some negative, for a instance if we look into China's economy it is almost five times greater than India's, why this could happen, what is the reason behind that, the answer comes out that they use their demographic divided in the right direction, like providing skills to everyone as per the demand of industry and education for all, mainly skill full population which surpass china to have a demographic disaster. India has its own unique strength, we have a huge young population as like china had, in the same way, we can be the huge flourished economy, but all these things eventually required skill full individual. The current scenario is that in India the northern states have a high fertility rate as compared to the Southern States, from ancient times we have always sex-selective approach in which we always prefer male children over females, and that has been practised today also. some of the initiatives has been taken by the govt like PNCDT act in which person is restricted to know the sex of their child before birth, it also restricted the doctors to tell. Another one in govt services where govt provides only two children's education benefits, medical etc, another initiative is bacho beti padho campaign. All of these things trying to reduce the population of India, but the concern is that with the huge population how we will train them to attain a certain type of skill, so the huge population become, a demographic dividend rather than to become demographic dividend. Some of the examples we have like Japan, and China, now the time has come to become India as a superpower with help of a huge population.

DEMOGRAPHIC MANAGEMENT

The population of the world has been flexible over a period of time, it grown up rapidly and halted for a while. Today we are standing at a rapid growing population platform in the world where the global population has crossed 8 billion people. The pace of growing number of population has gone up high in mere some hundred years which actually used to take thousands of years before.
Coming to india which is said to be in advantage by some people and in disadvantage by another, this is because on disadvantage side the growing and rapid population has made things difficult to feed large demand and in positive aspect we can have advantage of making use of demographic dividend.
Well everyone knows a country grows amd prospers only when it has controlled and decent number of population . So let us understand why the situation of growing population in india and what steps that can be taken to control it and make sustainable use resources -
First thing that has to be clear in mind that population tweaks has some phases ie in first phase there is a rapid growth of population owing to the fact of less education, urbanisation and thus lack of health care facilities. These three factors together cause a balanced growth of population ( ie neither less nor high) as lack of education doesn't allow family planning and less healthy care facilities leads to low rate of contraception, child mortality, maternal mortality etc.
In second phase when the level of education and health is approximately half the level of uneducated and unhealthy side and this is the phase where population grows too rapidly as population gets some health care benifits that reduces mortality during birth but lack of education allows them have more children.
Third phase is the phase of urbanisation where both male and female is working and health care facilities are very well in addition to well education, the working population doesn't want to have more children, therefore per family has one to two as an average children. This phase is slowing phase of population.
India is in the second one but will be entering third very soon all that is needed is investment in education and health care facilities and make use of demographic devidend ( ie high no. of youths) as soon as possible this way we can transform india .
